Giant Group and Hypersolid partner to build next-gen composable architecture

Global cycling manufacturer Giant Group and global technology and brand experience company Hypersolid have entered a strategic partnership to further accelerate Giant’s digital transformation.
Through this partnership, Hypersolid will help modernize Giant’s legacy digital infrastructure, and put in place a more modern, flexible and efficient, composable architecture. This new architecture will fuel sustainable global growth for Giant by delivering seamless customer experiences and enabling omnichannel connections through its business-critical retail network.
Hypersolid is taking a leading role in shaping the next phase of Giant’s digital growth, building on the strong groundwork laid by Iconum, the longstanding e-commerce partner behind Giant’s B2B2C platform. Through a newly formed close collaboration with Iconum, Hypersolid is bringing both teams together as one to accelerate Giant’s digital transformation.
In this new chapter, Hypersolid will guide Giant’s digital ecosystem into its next stage of evolution. The collaboration focuses on transforming Giant’s monolithic architecture into a composable setup that seamlessly connects e-commerce, Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Content Management (CMS) in a flexible, best-of-breed way.

Enhancing the global Giant experience
In addition to technology, the partnership aims to improve how Giant connects with riders and dealers worldwide. The new platform will support richer brand experiences and more personalized digital interactions across all touchpoints.
It will also assist Giant in strengthening the connection between consumers and its retail network, providing streamlined tools for product ordering, content creation and sharing, and marketing.
