Hypersolid appoints Rianne Meijerman as CEO

Hypersolid appoints Rianne Meijerman as CEO

Schalk Stalman transitions to Executive Chairman to focus on technological acceleration.

Amsterdam, 16 April 2026Amsterdam, 16 April 2026

Hypersolid has appointed Rianne Meijerman as its new CEO, marking the next phase of growth for the technology and brand experience company as it continues to scale in a market shaped by AI and rapid technological change. The appointment of Meijerman as CEO enables current CEO Schalk Stalman to fully commit himself to the technological acceleration of Hypersolid.

Meijerman steps into the role from her position as Chief Commercial Officer. As CEO, she will execute the company’s strategy and lead the international expansion and further strengthen Hypersolid’s position as a partner for organizations undergoing large-scale transformation.

She brings a strong outside perspective, shaped by years of experience within international organizations navigating transformation. That experience gives her a clear view of where companies struggle and what it takes to actually move forward.

Her appointment reflects Hypersolid’s belief that transformation is not just about technology, but about making fundamental choices in how organizations operate, build, and grow.

“Hypersolid sits at a point where technology, creativity and transformation come together. And right now, when many organizations are still trying to find direction, there’s a real opportunity to make a difference. A lot of companies are focusing on AI and automation, but without asking the more fundamental question: what kind of company do we actually want to be? That’s where real transformation starts. Too often, AI is used to improve what already exists, while the real question should be: if we were to build this today, what would it look like? That requires different choices. In how you work, how you organize, and how you develop people.”

Rianne Meijerman, CEO Hypersolid

Founder and former CEO Schalk Stalman will move into the role of Executive Chairman, where he will focus on driving innovation and the company’s next wave of technological development.

Schalk Stalman: “For me, Rianne stepping into this role creates the space to fully commit myself to our long-term technology strategy. We are at our best in times of transformation like this, as we’ve proven time and time again in our history with ventures such as Beyond Sports, Mobile Viewpoint, and Team Gullit.”

“Rianne brings exactly the perspective we need at this stage. She asks the right questions and knows how to translate technology into real business value. Over the past years, she has taken the time to really understand the organization and the people behind it. That allows her to lead not just from strategy, but from within the company itself. I have full confidence in her leading Hypersolid into this next phase.”

Schalk Stalman, Executive Chairman Hypersolid

Hypersolid was formed through the merger of several agencies, including Triple, code d’azur, Wonderland, and Connect2Crowd, bringing together over 25 years of experience in technology and digital innovation. With her appointment, Meijerman becomes the first female CEO within this group.

With this new leadership structure, Hypersolid reinforces its belief that meaningful transformation requires both ambition (hyper) and a solid technological foundation (solid), and that the combination of those two enables organizations to actively shape change, rather than respond to it.
